From an appearance perspective, we have one simple rule.  If someone from our family wouldn't let them in the front door, we don't hire them.  Our techs are not allowed to have visible tattoos and/or piercings. Our Director of Operations, Dan Jones has a 100% satisfaction rating with our customers, adjusters, and agents.  We understand that we have a responsiblity and obligation to hire people who can perform up to those levels.

All of our new hires have been referred or recommended by someone currently working at the Company. They understand our business philosophy, culture and expectations before they are interviewed. We are proud of our employees.  This is an area in which we do not compromise.
